1. This channel does not accept separate customs declaration. The time limit for goods with a single declaration value exceeding 780USD and a single ticket weighing more than 100 kg will be delayed by one to two days.

2. Fees for remote areas: remote areas are subject to additional remote delivery fees, charging standard: RMB4/kg*oil, minimum charge RMB80/ticket*oil, this fee is paid by the sender.

3. This channel does not accept goods packed in wooden cases. Otherwise, it is deemed to authorize our company to declare on your behalf, and our company will not be responsible for any deduction or delay due to declaration reasons.

4. Compensation for loss: the maximum compensation for each shipment of samples shall not exceed USD100.00/ shipment, and the maximum compensation for each shipment of materials shall not exceed USD10.00/ shipment;

5. For goods with private addresses and private recipients in the United States and Canada, a private delivery fee of RMB 25 per ticket plus fuel is required.

FedEx Express Operation Requirements

Billing standard: Actual weight (that is, gross weight) and volume weight, whichever is greater, will be billed. If the volume of 1KG of goods is greater than 5000 cubic centimeters, it is called foamed goods, and the volume and weight will be charged. Volume weight (KG) = length cm * width cm * height cm / 5000

Charge by weight segment: within 21kg, the first weight is 0.5kg plus the additional weight of 0.5kg, and the less than 0.5kg is charged as 0.5kg; more than 21kg is charged per 1kg, and the less than 1kg is charged as 1kg.

Note: All volume dimensions do not retain the decimal point when receiving the goods, and are calculated by rounding up the whole number, for example, 13.2cm is calculated as 14cm.

Price: Excluding the current month's fuel surcharge, destination tariff, remote area surcharge (HKD3.1 yuan/Kg, minimum HKD155 yuan multiplied by the fuel surcharge), insurance, and miscellaneous charges that may occur at the destination.

Countries and regions with no service or service restrictions: Russia, Turkmenistan, Iran, Myanmar and Cuba have no service, Laos only has the capital (Phnom Penh), and Spain has no parcel service in Ceuta.

The countries that must provide the recipient's zip code are: United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia.

For shipments to Brazil, the tax ID number (VAT. NO.) of the recipient must be provided, which should be indicated on the commercial invoice and waybill. Otherwise, the shipment will be automatically returned to the place of origin after it arrives in the local area, and the cost of return will be paid by the sender. This is a mandatory tax imposed by Brazil for trade protection of its own industries.

Textiles are not accepted for express shipments to Nigeria.

Requirements for express shipments to Jordan: the weight of a single piece cannot exceed 100kg, the volume cannot exceed 100X90X118, and no service is required.

Express requirements to Tunisia: a single piece cannot exceed 30kg, and a single ticket cannot exceed 40kg.

To send electronic goods to the United States, the customs clearance documents FCC should be followed with the goods.

When sending shoes to the United States, you must follow the customs clearance document "shoe side" with the goods.

When sending textiles to the United States, the manufacturer's company name and address must be indicated on the commercial invoice.

For shipments to Syria, a special "customs clearance form" must be attached with the goods.

Requirements for commercial invoices: Four copies of commercial invoices must be provided with the goods. For express shipments to Eastern European countries, four original commercial invoices (stamped) must be provided, in full English, with the recipient's information listed in detail: Company name, address, zip code, contact person, telephone number, and product name are accurate and specific (textiles must list the ingredients and percentages).

A fumigation certificate (that is, an insecticidal certificate) is required for log packaging sent to the following countries: Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, USA, Austria, Greece, Japan, Malaysia.

The packaging specification of a single piece is (1 length + 2 width + 2 height) ≧ 330cm, and the weight is less than 68kgKG, and the freight shall be calculated according to 68kgKG/piece;

In the case of multiple pieces of goods in one ticket, one of them weighs 68kg (regardless of volume or actual weight), and the other pieces need to be charged at 68kg, and the minimum receiving weight is 68kg × number of pieces.

For a single piece of goods with a real weight of more than 68kg, in order to facilitate loading and unloading, it is required that the packaging of the goods must have a "pallet with feet" and the height of the "foot" is more than 9cm. If the actual weight does not reach 68kg but the volume exceeds, there is no such requirement. .
