The smooth customs clearance of goods in international express delivery has a great impact on the timeliness of logistics and the recipient's signature. Therefore, in order to comply with the safety regulations of air transport and ensure that your goods can be cleared smoothly to avoid delays, the following three transport regulations should be observed when sending goods from home.

1. Declaration information

The shipper shall provide true and complete export declaration information for all shipments, and it is prohibited to conceal, misreport and carry dangerous goods and contraband.

If it is necessary to ship goods involving air transport safety, such as chemical products such as powder, liquid, crystal, particle, magnetic and battery, it is recommended to consult the international express company first to determine whether your goods can be mailed.

2. Articles prohibited from mailing

The shipper shall ensure that the goods do not contain any prohibited articles listed by the State Post Office of China and air transport.

For example, common dangerous goods and contraband: steel wool (i.e. cold fireworks), magnesium rod (i.e. flint), spray (such as hairspray, medicine, etc.), compressed gas tank (such as life jacket, etc.) or gas cylinder, lighter (whether or not containing lithium battery, flammable liquid and flammable gas), mercury thermometer, match, salute, firearms and ammunition and their imitations, controlled knives, military and police instruments (such as batons and handcuffs) Control instruments (such as crossbow and fist sting) stipulated by other countries.

3. Packaging, shipping labels and documents

The shipper shall ensure that the goods use correct packaging, transport labels and transport documents. For example, any goods belonging to non dangerous goods shall not use any dangerous goods transport label (refer to the following dangerous goods label identification). For packages or transport boxes that are recycled for reuse, the shipper shall remove the old transport labels before shipment.
